Unless otherwise specified there will be a TEAM GATE of $125
for this event. Gate fees can be paid at team check-in 1 hour before
your first pool game or paid via our site. USSSA has no mechanism to
pay the gate through their site.
TTB always works from a FIRST PAY policy. Each
payment is date and time stamped. Payments through the USSSA website
and our website are process immediately and team are confirmed into the
event. Because we work from a first pay policy generally mailing
checks will delay your confirmation. We cannot control the USPS;
therefore payment via the website are preferred.
Teams are not confirmed into the event until the registration fee is paid in
full.
All registrations must be completed through the USSSA site. We do not
"pencil" teams into our events.
The listed facility for this event will be the "main" park and subject
to change at any time. TTB reserves the right to use alternate
locations as needed. We will make every effort to communicate this
information as soon as it becomes available. Please understand the
information may not be known until registration is closed.
