Allen Station is a premier facility for softball in North Texas.
2014 saw a
96% playability factor with only 6 of 151 scheduled game days rained out. No one else has that success rate.
With a tournament at Allen Station you are almost
guaranteed to play.
Entry Fee: $400
No Gate Fees.
No Pay at the Plate.
Each team receives 5 pool play games (5GG)
Top team in each pool play single Championship Game
POOL GAMES
75 minutes Finish the Inning
Game will end when time expires if the Home Team is ahead OR if the game is in an unreachable state.
5 run max per half inning
Games can end in a tie
Run rules are 12-10-8 after 3-4-5 innings
Can bat up to 11 (9 + 2 EP). Can use DP/Flex
Courtesy Runner for Pitcher/Catcher is last batted out
All other USSSA rules apply
Teams will be divided evenly between 2 pools.
Top (1) team from each pool advances to Championship Game
Individual Awards (13 max) for teams playing in Championship Game
Game Balls Provided
Tiebreakers within each pool will be determined by the following order:
1 > Head-to-Head
2 > Fewest Runs Against
3 > Most runs Scored
4 > Coin flip

Teams are approved as payments are received.
Checks are not deposited until the Monday following the tournament.
No refunds once pools are posted.
Protests are $50 cash and will be resolved by the UIC.
This fee will be returned if the protest is found in favor of the protesting team.
Weather related refund policy:
$100 gate fee is non-refundable after tournament starts.
Guaranteed games will be refunded based on number of games played.
A game started is a game played.
