This is a 6 game Round Robin Format the #1seed & #2seed will play the Championship games for Rings.. Please make sure to keep this in mind as you play your seed games.. In order to play in the Championship game you must seed #1 or #2.. **

Make sure to turn in a copy of your team insurance and Roster prior to your first game. Please have Birth certificates and signed roster on hand in the event of a roster protest.
Seed game will be 70 minutes finish the inning...
Seeding will be determined by:
1.W/L/T record
2.Head to Head (IF LESS THAN 3 TEAMS)if three or more teams have the same W/L/T record then Head to Head will not be used.
3.runs against MAX 8 RUN differential
4.runs scored MAX 8 RUN differential
5.coin flip...

Run rule in effect for ALL games:
12 runs after 3 innings
10 runs after 4 innings
8 runs after 5 innings

Courtesy runner for the pitcher or catcher is a sub who has not entered the game OR the last completed at bat(furthest removed from the plate).. Batting order may consist of up to 4 EPs and/or DP/Flex... Home team for seed games will be determined by coin flip..For elimination games high seed will have choice of home or visitor if tied coin flip... Seed games can end in a tie.. In the event a teams plays a 4th seed game we will count all games toward seeding.. Metal Cleats will be allowed ONLY in the 14u 16u and 18u divisions. There will be NO metal cleats allowed in any other age group in this tournament...please make sure to communicate this to your players in advance... Teams must turn in a signed roster and copy of team insurance prior to your first game. Please make sure your game scores are reported correctly. We will seed teams immediately following the last seed game. If there are any questions about where your team is seeded please make your concerns known immediately.
In the event the tournament can not be completed due to weather lightning rain etc... We will consider the highest seed remaining in the tournament as 1st place. The next highest seed still in the tournament will be 2nd place..
