TXW/NM USSSA ROSTER REQUIREMENTS: NO WRITE-INS allowed for this tournament all players must be on the official roster. Team Rosters should only have first and last names that are on the players Birth Certificate. Any special characters or middle initials the players will not be allowed to play until corrected in USSSA system and correct roster can be printed out. All Team Rosters must be signed by player parents and coaches. Player birth certificates must be in manager possession at all times during tournament. CHECK IN: All teams are required to check in prior to first game. Early check in is available Friday night from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Quall’s Park in Wolfforth. Game day check in is allowed on site at your scheduled location prior to your first scheduled game. Check in with the site director and provide a signed copy of your team roster and a copy of team USSSA INSURANCE CERTIFICATE. Teams will not be allowed to play without these documents. LOCAL TOURNAMENT RULES will be provided at this time. All teams must use USSSA baseballs for tournament. 3 USSSA baseballs will be given to teams that fill out the Tournament Information form at check in. Additional baseballs will be for sale.
