Please be prepared to begin play on Friday morning of the tourney!!! Games will be 1 hour and 15 minute time limit. Birth Certificates and Roster Names MUST Match! No handwritten players will be allowed. A&B class if possible. No withdrawl refunds will be processed within 30 days of the start date of the tournament or if the tournament bracket has been released or whichever occurs first. All withdrawl requests for refund must be made in writing and postmarked prior to the 30 day deadline or the tournament bracket being released whichever occurs first without exception. ***RAINOUT POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS*** Refunds are not guaranteed or will possibly not be given once the tournament has become official. Your tournament becomes official when your team completes it's first pool play game. If the tournament is rained out and your team has not completed its first pool play game your refund will be prorated based on costs incurred from organizing tournament
