Tournament is a 4 game guarantee. Cost $375. Paid Berth for USSSA World in Orlando for each age group with atleast 8 teams. All teams must be USSSA sanctioned for the 2015 season. Please make sure your team is sanctioned with USSSA. Payment can be made via check made payable to Midwest Sports Complex (memo: Halloween Havoc and team name). Send to: 7509 New Augusta Road Indianapolis IN 46268. Teams will be required to pay a gate fee of $125 to Harris Park on day of check in for tournament. No with-drawl refunds will be processed within 30 days of the start date of the tournament or if the tournament bracket has been released whichever occurs first. Cancellation entry refunds requested 30 days prior to the start date of the tournament and prior to the release of the tournament bracket will have a $100 fee withheld. All with-drawl requests for refund must be made in writing and postmarked prior to the 30 day deadline or the tournament bracket being released whichever occurs first without exception. Tournament director reserves the right to change the tournament format due to weather related issues or # of teams entered into the event.
