Team must pitch/hit what umpire gives them. 10u-14u Pool Games are 55 min 4 run ½ inning rule 6u-8u is 50 minutes 10u-14u Brackets are 60 minutes or 6 innings (whichever comes 1st). Finish the inning. Open runs must get 3 outs; 6U- 8U is 60 minutes and 6 run limit. One team ice chest allowed. Ice chest must be kept in Dugout. No outside food or drinks for fans Flip for home/visitors in all games except Championship. Undefeated team is home team. USSSA rules apply during bracket games unless changed by Tournament Director Coaches or players who show up with Alcohol on your breathe will not be allowed on the field ALL teams must be USSSA registered to play Out of town teams must notify tournament director of travel over 100 miles and fill out form to get $50 registration $40 protest fee… if you win you get money back. If you lose fee is forfeited Weather Contingencies: In case of uncontrollable circumstances or interruptions due to weather the Tournament Director reserves the right to alter the tournament format in any way necessary to reach a conclusion. This can include but may not be limited to shortened game times fewer games guaranteed or playing rule changes. Games interrupted might not be resumed. Everything possible will be done to get the players on the field as soon as possible. Cancellation/Refund Policy: • During the Tournament if the number of games is shortened or cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances such as weather refunds will be given based on the number of games played. 1 Game played = 50% refund. 2 Games played = 25% refund. 3 or more games = no refund. • If a team drops 1 week prior to the tournament a full refund will be given. • If a team drops with less than 1 week prior to the tournament for any reason the team will not receive any refund.
