BEAT THE HEAT MIDNIGHT MADNESS!!! We are hosting our first ever over-night event. We will play all games at the Rick Klein Sports Complex and will have to limit entries to the first 5 paid teams. We will use the 3 game guarantee format which is different than the 2 pool into a single elimination bracket. We've done this format as a trial and the coaches really liked it. What they liked the most is that every game counted and if you had a bad first game you're still in the bracket. The games will start Fri. night at 7pm with the last game starting at 2:00am and fire up again Sat at 7pm with the championship game starting at 2:00am and if game starting at 3:45am. We will have concessions both nights along with vendors and games for kids to do between games. Again all games will take place at the Rick Klein Complex. We will have a police officer on duty the whole event to make sure the kids are safe. There’s a $100 team gate fee for this event instead of the spectator gate fee. This is what most areas do and since it's a night event we fill it will be easier to staff. We will allow write-ins to your USSSA roster but they must be added to your roster and signed by all parents. A copy of your roster along with your team insurance must be turned in at check in at least 30 min before your first game. Remember it's the first 5 paid teams that get a spot.
