Note that this tournament shows that it starts on 7/31 simply to permit 2013-2014 teams to enter. The real start date for this tournament is 8/2/2014. This tournament will use a 3 game format and is only open to USSSA “C” (or Rec) teams. USSSA MD/DE Class C tournaments are intended for recreational caliber teams and all entries into these events are continually reviewed by a committee to determine the team's eligibility.

Teams that are not sure that they fit the definition of being recreational caliber should contact either Glen Warholic or the USSSA State Office to clarify and determine their eligibility.

Note that just because a team sanctions as a Class C team (ISTS system lets any team sanction at any level) that act alone does not necessarily make a team eligible for a Class C event. USSSA reserves the right to reclassify teams as is deemed consistent with a team's level of play. This event will most likely be played at several locations. Parks may include Hickory Elementary School Fountain Green Elementary School Tucker Field and Highland School. Age bracket assignments will be determined by the number of entries in each.

Entry is not locked in until payment is received.

Teams may either pay their entry fee online when they enter or make check payable to Maryland Fastpitch Softball and mail to Glen Warholic – 7050 Cher Deb Road – Mt. Airy MD 21771. If mailing a check please print off the email that you’ll receive when you enter online and include it with the check.
