Weather or an unforeseen incident may change the format and game times of each tournament.

NO REFUND AFTER GAME TIMES ARE POSTED!!
The $100 gate fee will not be refunded after the tournament starts. All refunds are determined as follows (Fee minus the gate divided by game guarantee) Any game started counts as a game played.

6GG Format: 75 min games finish the inning
21 TEAMS MAX - 3 POOLS OF 7 TEAMS
All USSSA rules apply except were noted!

ALL GAMES:
Coin Flip for home team
Games will be 75 mins. finish the inning.
5 runs per half
NO ITB. Games can end in a tie.
Run Rule: 12 after 3 10 after 4 8 after 5
USSSA rules or bat the roster and free defensive substitutions are allowed.
To get more playing time there will be no infield warm-ups after 1st inning
Each pitcher will get 5 warm-up pitches per inning
Top team (Win-Loss record) in each pool will receive team and individual trophies.
Tie Breakers within each pool will be determined by the following order:
Win-loss Record
Head-to-Head competition
Fewest Runs allowed
Most Runs scored
Coin Flip
TEAM CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
All teams must provide or show proof of Team Insurance and have a team roster.
Birth Certificates or players cards should be available if needed.
Home Team: Keeps official book. Visitor Team: Keeps Electronic Scoreboard
ATTENTION: Coaches please have players ready to start 15 minutes early to keep games on time.
REFUND POLICY:
$100 of entry fee is applied as a gate fee and will not be refunded after tournament begins.
Teams that drop a tournament after brackets are posted will be charged $35 per game guarantee.
