Email me for a list. Event information Cost: $395 $365 for organizations with multiple teams attending (THIS IS THE ONLY DISCOUNT AVAILABLE FOR THIS STATE TOURNAMENT) NO UMP FEES! NO GATE FEES! Must pay registration at least 2 weeks prior to event to be included on the schedule. Format: 5gg 3 pool into Double elimination bracket Facilities PRIMARY Greenwood Softball Complex 4501 Greenwood CC TX 78416 SECONDARY Sparkling City 3901 Greenwood Corpus Christi TX 78416 Rules: Must have a roster on-line and A hard copy of your roster must be turned in at team check in Team is responsible for having Birth Certificates. If challenged and team can not supply birth certificate the player may not play. If the game has already started team must forfeit the game if a birth certificate is not available. Pool Games for seeding! UIC or Tourney Director has final decision on disputes. Winner takes all in championship game/No If Game Each team must provide 2-yellow leather 47 core balls. Umpire has right to request different/newer balls. Team must pitch/hit what umpire gives them. 10u-14u Pool Games are 60 min 4 run ½ inning rule 6u-8u is 50 minutes 10u-14u Brackets are 75 minutes or 6 innings (whichever comes 1st). Finish the inning. Open runs must get 3 outs; 6U- 8U is 60 minutes and 6 run limit. It is the Winning Coach's responsibility to report game finished to the Tournament director table Mercy rule is in effect 10 runs after 3 8 runs after 4 6 runs after 5 Tournament director has the right to change format of tourney to ensure timely finish All 10u-14u Bracket games will have 2 Umps/ Pool Games will have 1 Ump (6U-8U will have 1 ump except championship will have 2) NO UMP FEES!!! NO GATE FEES!!! One team ice chest allowed at SOME parks but not all. Ice chest must be kept in Dugout. No outside food or drinks for fans. Flip for home/visitors in POOL games Higher Seed is home in bracket games except in Championship. Undefeated team is home team. If both teams are same seed they will flip in bracket too. USSSA rules apply during ALL games unless changed by Tournament Director Only 2 coaches can be out of the dugout. When your team is hitting you may have your 2 base coaches and 1 other coach out. Coaches or players who show up with Alcohol on your breathe will not be allowed on the field ALL teams must be registered with USSSA prior to being scheduled to play. ALL TEAMS MUST HAVE TEAM INSURANCE AND TURN IN A COPY AT CHECK IN ALONG WITH ROSTER! Out of town teams must complete a Hotel form $40 protest fee. if you win you get money back. If you lose fee is forfeited ALL teams must pay 1 week prior to event if they want to be scheduled to play Weather Contingencies: In case of uncontrollable circumstances or interruptions due to weather the Tournament Director reserves the right to alter the tournament format in any way necessary to reach a conclusion. This can include but may not be limited to shortened game times fewer games guaranteed or playing rule changes. Games interrupted might not be resumed. Everything possible will be done to get the players on the field as soon as possible. Cancellation/Refund Policy: . During the Tournament if the number of games is shortened or cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances such as weather refunds will be given based on the number of games played. 1 Game played = 50% refund. 2 Games played = 25% refund. 3 or more games = no refund. . If a team drops 1 week prior to the tournament a full refund will be given. . If a team drops with less than 1 week prior to the tournament for any reason the team will not receive any refund.
