Drew Park: 6621 Barnes rd Jacksonville Cecil Equestrian Center: 13611 Normandy blvd We will split the 15u bracket into GOLD/SILVER flights after seeding..In order to play in the GOLD bracket you will need to seed in the top half of your pool.. Simply put if you win your seed games you will be in the GOLD bracket.. Please keep this in mind as you play your seed games.. Please have 2 copies of your roster at check in. We will sign 1 and return it to you and we will keep 1. Please have Birth certificates and signed roster on hand in the event of a roster protest. Make sure to turn in a copy of your team insurance at check in.. This will be a 2 seed games into Double elimination tournament. Seed games will be 75 minutes finish the inning... Elimination games will be 75 minutes finish the inning... Championship games will be 7 Innings or 90 minutes finish the inning.. Seeding will be determined by

2.Head to Head If less than 3 teams (If more than 2 teams are tied with the same record head to head will not be used) 3.runs against

Batting order may consist of up to 4 EPs and/or DP/Flex... Home team for "ALL GAMES" will be determined by coin flip.. Seed games can end in a tie.. Run rule in effect for ALL games
12 runs after 3 innings
10 runs after 4 innings
8 runs after 5 innings
Courtesy runner for the pitcher and catcher will be a sub (who has not entered the game) OR the last COMPLETE at bat furthest removed from the plate(NOT last batted out) Protest fee is $300 cash including roster protest and is only refunded if the protest is upheld. Metal cleats allowed only in the 14U & 18U divisions in this tournament...please make sure to communicate this to your players in advance...
