3 GAME GUARANTEE. 60 MINUTE TIME LIMIT. With 8 teams or more in class the bracket will be split. Awards will be given to First and Second place team in each bracket. AA and Open classes will be combined if the director thinks it is necessary. REGISTRATION FEES: Teams must pay registrations fees in advance for this tournament. Any teams who hasn’t paid registration fee 10 days prior to tournament start date will be removed from tournament. PAY online at USSSA National website or e-mail tournament director for check payment information. Once payment has been received SPECIAL REQUESTS for pool play game times will be considered on a first come first serve basis. For consideration SUBMIT IN WRITING the special request and send to the following e-mail address ldfyb3@gmail.com. Tournament director will strive to accommodate requests but reserves the right to refuse any request at any time. GATE FEE: $100 gate fee per team is due at site check-in. CHECK IN: All teams are required to check in prior to first game. EARLY CHECK IN is available Friday night from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Quall’s Park in Wolfforth. GAME DAY CHECK IN is allowed on site at your scheduled location prior to your first scheduled game. Check in with the SITE DIRECTOR and provide a SIGNED COPY OF YOUR TEAM ROSTER and a copy of team USSSA INSURANCE CERTIFICATE. Teams will not be allowed to play without these documents. NO WRITE-INS allowed for this tournament all players must be on the official roster. PLAYER BIRTH CERTIFICATES must be in manager possession at all times during tournament. LOCAL TOURNAMENT RULES will be provided at this time. Please use this opportunity for any questions about the tournament. All teams must use USSSA baseballs for tournament. 3 USSSA baseballs will be given to teams that fill out the Tournament Information form at check in. Additional baseballs will be on sale with each site director. Remember all teams need to BE PREPARED TO PLAY 30 MINUTES prior to scheduled game time or the game may be forfeited.
