It will be a 3 game guarantee and will be a 2 day event. There will be NO gate fees NO umpire fees and NO parking fees. Based on projected participation the format will be 2 (pool play) games on Saturday and the single elimination championship brackets on Sunday. In some situations an extra pool play game (for one team) is necessary for all teams to get their required number of pool play games. If your team would like this game (if this dynamic exists) please let me know prior to bracketing. This game will count toward pitching and seedings for elimination play. Teams will hit their own USSSA approved baseballs. Rosters must be up to date and posted on the national USSSA web site by 3pm on Thursday May 1st. Please bring a parent signed copy of your roster for check in. Managers meeting on Friday (May 2nd) at 7pm at the Inn at Rio Rancho- 1465 Rio Rancho Dr. SE - 505-892-1700. 8 Divisions of play with seperate brackets for 8u 9u 10u 11u 12u 13u and 14u. If there are 8+AA teams AND 8+ AAA/Maj teams the division will be split into seperate tournaments. Team Trophies per championship flight - 1st-4th All Tournament Team Awards - 10 MVP Award - 1 (based on a minimum of 8 teams per championship flight) Individual Awards 1st and 2nd place teams. (based on a minimum of 8 teams per championship flight).
