| The Friday Pool Play games will be posted to this site by 8pm on Monday June 8th. The entire (TENTATIVE) brackets consisting of the Friday pool play Saturday seedings bracket and Sunday elimination brackets will be emailed to each manager by 8pm on Monday June 8th. This site DOES NOT have the capability of publishing the Saturday Seedings Brackets - those will be emailed to the managers with your Saturday June 13th game times after 9pm on Friday June 12th. Please contact your manager (NOT THE TD) for those Saturday game times. |

| THIS EVENT IS THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS!! It will be a 4 game guarantee and will be a 3 day event (Fri-Sun). There will be NO gate fees NO umpire fees and NO parking fees. Based on projected participation the format will be 2 (pool play) games on Friday 1-2 Seedings games Saturday and the single elimination championship brackets on Sunday. In some situations an extra pool play game (for one team) is necessary for all teams to get their required number of pool play games. If your team would like this game (if this dynamic exists) please let me know prior to bracketing. This game will count toward pitching and seedings for elimination play. Teams will hit their own USSSA approved baseballs and a team check-in (rosters/birth certificate) is required before each teams first game on the first day of the event. Rosters must be up to date and posted on the national USSSA web site by 3pm on Wednesday June 10th. Please bring a parent signed copy of your roster for check in. Managers meeting on Thursday (June 12th) at 7pm at the Rio Rancho Hilton Garden Inn - 1771 Rio Rancho Blvd SE Rio Rancho NM 87124 - (505) 896-1111. 9 Divisions of play with separate brackets for 9u 10u 11u 12u 13u 14u 16u and 18u. If there are 8+AA teams AND 8+ AAA/Maj teams the division will be split into separate tournaments. If there are not enough teams in a given age division to split them the AA teams will be merged into the Open division and paired together in pool play as much as possible. Team Trophies per championship flight - 1st-4th All Tournament Team Awards - 10 MVP Award - 1 (based on a minimum of 8 teams per championship flight) Individual Awards 1st and 2nd place teams. (based on a minimum of 8 teams per championship flight). Insurance Disclaimer - Teams must have their own USSSA insurance. If a team has a schedule request for pool play games they will be prioritized based on when the entry fee is received giving preference to out of town teams. Requests must be submitted NLT entry deadline. As a policy we start games as late as possible on the first day of the event and as early as possible on the last day of the event to allow travel time for out of town teams. This could based on the number of fields rented have the last games each day scheduled to complete just before dark on fields without lights and the vast majority of the fields DO NOT have lights. Some 13u and 14u fields utilize synthetic mounds - pitchers will be required to use turf shoes or tennis shoes on synthetic mounds - no hard plastic or metal spikes. IF NECESSARY the last paid local teams may play on Thursday. |
