LEAGUE TEAMS WILL RECEIVE FIRST CHANCE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2 LOCAL TOURNAMENTS(THERE WILL BE LIMITED SPOTS WITH FIELDS BRING DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE). |
