| THIS EVENT IS A 5 TEAM ROUND ROBIN FORMAT WHICH IS A 4 GAME GUARANTEE AND THE TOP 2 TEAMS WILL PLAY A 5TH CHAMPIONSHIP GAME. THIS IS A LEVEL SPECIFIC EVENT FOR AAA AND ABOVE TEAMS. IT IS OUR GOAL TO GIVE EVERY TEAM A QUALITY PRODUCTIVE EVENT PLAYING OTHER TEAMS WITH SIMILIAR SKILLS. WE CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE 2 OF THE 3 DIVISIONS FOR AGES 8U-10U SINCE WE ONLY HAVE 2 FIELDS THAT CAN HANDLE THOSE 3 DIVISIONS. THE ONLY FAIR WAY TO DETERMINE WHICH 2 DIVISIONS IS TO ACCEPT THE FIRST 2 OF THOSE DIVISIONS THAT REACH 5 ENTRIES FIRST. We will have good clock management to maximize game time. There will be a max of 90 seconds between innings and other time rules to keep the game flowing. This will give each team a lot of baseball.
