Guidelines for Entry into the Park and during the Day at the Park

  1. Rosters will be turned in prior to entering the facility
    1. All coaches (4 max), Score Keepers (2 if using GC and Paper Book otherwise just one) and Guest Players (if they are not showing), must be hand written (legably ) on the roster.
    2. Do not allow parents to enter just to get closer to the field.
  2. Teams are required to bring your own Hand Sanitizer and disenfectant wipes.
    1. This confirms you have control over these products and are readily available for your players and staff.
    2. Community products are not always the best to use, because everyone uses them.
  3. Players, Coaches and Scorekeepers will be required to have a mask with you.
    1. Although not required to wear them, if you feel more comfortable wearing them, please do so.
  4. Score Table
    1. There will be 2 tables
      1. One for 16's and one for 18's
      2. Only 2 people at a time will be allowed at the table
      3. Scores will be updated at the end of each game, so those that are not in attendance can keep up with what is going on.
  5. 3-Game Balls will be placed in each dugout for use during the game.
    1. These are to remain in the dugout after play for the next game.
    2. Do not keep or change them out for a Home Run Ball
      1. If an illegal ball is put into play by a team, this could lead to disqualification.
    3. Each Deffensive Team will maintain control of the game ball (ie, pitcher brings the ball in with her)
  6. After each game, if you are leaving the dugout.
    1. Police the area. Do not leave any items in the dugout for the next team.
    2. If a team sees items left in the dugout by the previous team, either ask them to remove or clean up the mess or report it to the tournament staff.
    3. Any Team not wanting to go clean up or leaves the mess, could face ejection from the tournament.
      1. These are the guidelines set by the CDC.
      2. We do not want to give the dity any reason to shut us down.
