NOTE:

Game #3 is at Ormond Beach Sports Complex on HULL rd this is the only 12u game at Hull rd all other 12u games will be played at Nova Rd..

This event has been changed to a Sunday One Day.. 

We will split the bracket Upper and Lower.. We teams will compete in the upper bracket for for Champion and Runner Up Rings.. Teams are divided into pools A and B and C this is to make sure you do not play the same team in bracket play that you played in your pool game..

We will have  7 teams in the top bracket and 3 teams in the lower bracket based on request..

Seeding will be determined by: 
1.W/L/T record 
2.Head to Head (IF LESS THAN 3 TEAMS)if three or more teams have the same W/L/T record then Head to Head will not be used... Unless one of the tied teams beat ALL of the others..
3.runs against 
4.runs scored 
5.coin flip... 

Run rule in effect for ALL games: 
12 runs after 3 innings 
10 runs after 4 innings 
8 runs after 5 innings 

Courtesy runner for the pitcher or catcher is a sub who has not entered the game OR the last completed at bat(furthest removed from the plate).. Batting order may consist of up to 4 EPs and/or DP/Flex... Home team for seed games will be determined by coin flip.. For elimination games high seed will have choice of home or visitor if tied coin flip... Seed games can end in a tie.. In the event a team plays a 2nd seed game that game will not count toward their seeding..

Metal Cleats will be allowed ONLY in the 14u and High School Divisions. There will be NO metal cleats allowed in any other age group in this tournament...please make sure to communicate this to your players in advance... Teams must turn in a signed roster and copy of team insurance prior to your first game. Please make sure your game scores are reported correctly. Please make sure the scores from your games are reported correctly online. If any score entered are not correct please let us know immediatly so that we can fix any mistakes.. Do not wait to report an issue with scores in the event there is a dispute about a score this should be brought to our attention immediatly..
In the event the tournament can not be completed due to weather lightning rain etc... We will consider the highest seed in the tournament as 1st place. The next highest seed  in the tournament will be 2nd place.. This will be based on competleted rounds of seeding..
