Teams must check in prior to your first game with Roster Insurance and Payment.. Teams should have two copies of their roster, one copy we will sign and give back to you we will keep the other copy.. Make sure to keep your signed roster on hand at all times..

This will be 2 seed games into Double elim 5gg format tournament.. The bracket games will begin as soon as seed games are complete.. The bracket will be a 5game format Double elimination, Teams will play a min of 5 games..

  • 1.W/L/T record 

  • 2.Head to Head (IF LESS THAN 3 TEAMS)if three or more teams have the same W/L/T record then Head to Head will not be used... Unless one of the tied teams beat ALL of the others..

    Run rule in effect for ALL games: 
    12 runs after 3 innings 
    10 runs after 4 innings 
    8 runs after 5 innings 

    Courtesy runner for the pitcher or catcher is a sub who has not entered the game OR the last completed at bat(furthest removed from the plate).. Batting order may consist of up to 4 EPs and/or DP/Flex... Home team for seed games will be determined by coin flip.. For elimination games high seed will have choice of home or visitor if tied coin flip, team in Winners bracket will have choice for Championship game and IF game..

    Metal Cleats will be allowed ONLY in the 14u and High School Divisions. There will be NO metal cleats allowed in any other age group in this tournament...please make sure to communicate this to your players in advance... Teams must turn in a signed roster and copy of team insurance prior to your first game. Please make sure your game scores are reported correctly. Please make sure the scores from your games are reported correctly online. If any score entered are not correct please let us know immediatly so that we can fix any mistakes.. Do not wait to report an issue with scores in the event there is a dispute about a score this should be brought to our attention immediatly..
    In the event the tournament can not be completed due to weather, lightning, rain etc... We will consider the highest seed still in the Winners bracket of the tournament as 1st place. The next highest seed still in the winners bracket will be 2nd place..
