This is a 5 game format event.. All teams will play 5 games this weekend..Teams will play 5 seed games with the top two seeds playing a 6th game CHAMPIONSHIP.. Please keep this in mind as you play your seed games..

The girls will be competing for Team and individual Champion and Runnerup trophies.. Good Luck this weekend, Play Hard and Have Fun.

Seeding will be determined by:
1.W/L/T record
2.Head to Head (IF LESS THAN 3 TEAMS)if three or more teams have the same W/L/T record then Head to Head will not be used...
3.runs against
4.runs scored
5.coin flip...

Run rule in effect for ALL games:
12 runs after 3 innings
10 runs after 4 innings
8 runs after 5 innings

We have an odd number of teams in this division.. SanteFe Inferno will play an extra seed game on Saturday so that everyone plays 3 games.

GAME#11 will be SantaFe Infernos 4th game of the day this game will not count for Inferno This game will count for Lady Broncos04 only..

Courtesy runner for the pitcher or catcher is a sub who has not entered the game OR the last completed at bat(furthest removed from the plate).. Batting order may consist of up to 4 EPs and/or DP/Flex... Home team for seed games will be determined by coin flip.. For elimination games high seed will have choice of home or visitor if tied coin flip... Seed games can end in a tie.. In the event a team plays a 4th seed game that game will not count toward their seeding..

Metal Cleats will be allowed ONLY in the 14u and High School Divisions. There will be NO metal cleats allowed in any other age group in this tournament...please make sure to communicate this to your players in advance... Teams must turn in a signed roster and copy of team insurance prior to your first game. Please make sure your game scores are reported correctly. Please make sure the scores from your games are reported correctly online. If any score entered are not correct please let us know immediatly so that we can fix any mistakes.. Do not wait to report an issue with scores in the event there is a dispute about a score this should be brought to our attention immediatly..
In the event the tournament can not be completed due to weather lightning rain etc... We will consider the highest seed in the tournament as 1st place. The next highest seed in the tournament will be 2nd place.. This will be based on competleted rounds of seeding..
