| BEAT THE SUMMER HEAT MIDNIGHT MADNESS TOURNAMENT. Pool play will start at 9:00 pm on Friday night and play till 6:00 am on Saturday morning. Bracket play will start at 9:00 pm on Saturday night and end on Sunday morning. 3 game guarantee. RING TOURNAMENT. All teams are required to check in prior to first game. Check in Friday evening from 5:00pm to 8:00 pm in Wolfforth or 1 hour prior to your first scheduled game at game location. $100 gate fee. Rosters must be online and you must show proof of USSSA insurance. A copy of each player’s birth certificate which must stay in coach possession at all times. Hit your own USSSA balls. 3 Balls will be given to you at check in. Enter at the USSSA national website. Division will be limited to 7 teams.
