| USSSA NJ introduced another new format tournament in 2011 named the High-Low NIT. The past two events were very popular and perhaps were the most competitive in New Jersey. All teams who enter will get credit for playing in 2 events: High and Low. All teams start off in the single elimination High Bracket and as teams lose they are seeded in the double elimination Low Bracket. The total entry fee for both events is $275 and teams are required to pay $20 per game to the umpire on the field. Balls will be supplied by the tournament. This year’s tournament will be held at Pine Park in Lakewood and Drum Point Park in Brick. We have expanded to 10 total fields and the maximum number of teams allowed will be 18. There will be separate prize packages for the High and Low top finishing teams.
