| It will be a 3 game guarantee and will be a 2 day event. There will be NO gate fees NO umpire fees and NO parking fees.
Based on projected participation the format will be 2 (pool play) games on Saturday and the single elimination championship brackets on Sunday.
In some situations an extra pool play game (for one team) is necessary for all teams to get their required number of pool play games. If your team would like this game (if this dynamic exists) please let me know prior to bracketing. This game will count toward pitching and seedings for elimination play.
Teams will hit their own USSSA approved baseballs.
Rosters must be up to date and posted on the national USSSA web site by 3pm on Friday November 8th. Please bring a parent signed copy of your roster for check in.

Team Trophies per championship flight - 1st-4th
All Tournament Team Awards - 10
MVP Award - 1 (based on a minimum of 8 teams per championship flight)
Individual Awards 1st and 2nd place teams. (based on a minimum of 8 teams per championship flight).
Entry Fee ages 9u-13u - $500.00 to tournament - $25 discount if paid by Oct 11th.
Entry Fee ages 14u-18u - $550.00 to tournament - $25 discount if paid by Oct 11th.

If a team has a schedule request for pool play games they will be prioritized based on when the entry fee is received giving preference to out of town teams. Requests must be submitted NLT entry deadline.
