| It will be a 4 game guarantee and will be a 3 day event. There will be NO gate fees NO umpire fees and NO parking fees.
Based on projected participation the format will be 3 (pool play) games on Saturday and Sunday and the single elimination championship brackets on Monday.
Teams will hit their own USSSA approved baseballs.
Rosters must be up to date and posted on the national USSSA web site by 3pm on Friday August 30th. Please bring a parent signed copy of your roster for check in.

Team Trophies per championship flight - 1st-4th
All Tournament Team Awards - 10
MVP Award - 1 (based on a minimum of 8 teams per championship flight)
Individual Awards 1st and 2nd place teams. (based on a minimum of 8 teams per championship flight).
Entry Fee ages 9u-13u - $550.00 to tournament - $25 discount if paid by Aug 1st.
Entry Fee ages 14u-18u - $600.00 to tournament - $25 discount if paid by Aug 1st.

Insurance Disclaimer - Since the vast majority of the teams that participate in AAD/USSSA events already have the USSSA team insurance it does not warrant passing the cost of insuring each team in AAD/USSSA event on to the teams. As such team insurance is not provided in tournament events. Each team is responsible for obtaining their own team insurance.
If a team has a schedule request for pool play games they will be prioritized based on when the entry fee is received giving preference to out of town teams. Requests must be submitted NLT entry deadline.
