| No Gate Fee. No Umpire Fees. No Parking Fees. This is The State Tournament so ALL teams will have to be able to play on Friday. No Exceptions. There will be coaches meeting BEFORE the tournament starts. The time and place will be announced later. Your Rosters must be online and all players must be checked in with their birth certificates. This will be done at the Bill Williams Sports Complex. Final roster changes allowed up to 3pm the Thursday prior to start. With a minimum of 8 teams in a division we will play 2 pool games into a split bracket. Awards will be given to First and Second in each bracket. Team entry fee must be paid by Friday June 10th to be put in the bracket. Please make your check for $500.00 out to M.S.A. and mail it to PBUSSSA at P.O. Box 81143 Midland TX 79708. Hit your own USSSA ball. Four Balls will be given to you at the Coaches Meeting.
