| All games will be played at the Youth Sports Complex. 1. A coin flip at home plate will determine home team in pool play; the higher seed will receive home team status in single elimination.
2. 1 hour 40 minute time limit. Mercy rules are:
15 runs after 3 innings; 12 after 4 8 after 5 in a 7 inning game.
3. Time limit and mercy rules will apply in championship game. Home team will be decided by coin flip in championship game.
4. USSSA pitching limitations will be enforced.
THERE IS NO PITCHER RE-ENTRY.
5. Pool play games may end in a tie if time limit is reached. Tied pool play with time left but have reached the inning limit and single elimination games forced into extra innings will use the following tie-breaker: 1st extra inning - the last out of the previous inning will be placed on 2nd base with no outs. 2nd and subsequent extra innings the last two outs of the previous inning will be placed on 2nd and 3rd with no outs.
6. Coaches must have possession of a copy of each player’s birth certificate.
7. It is the responsibility of each coach to verify and sign the official scorecard at the conclusion of each game.
