| A minimum of 2 USSSA World Series berth awarded. 1 bid for every 6 teams in an age group and division. 4 game guarantee - 2 game pool play into double elimination with 2 umpires on all games including pool play. Format subject to change if needed by the director. All games will be played on Saturday and Sunday only. 1st through 4th place team trophies individual awards and All Tournament Team selections for the top 4 teams awarded. Game lengths for pool play will be no new inning to start after 75 minutes. Pool play games can end in a tie. International tie breaker after 75 minutes in bracket play. Mercy Rule: 10 after 3 innings/ 8 after 4 innings/ 6 after 5 innings. Please have your team ready to play 30 minutes prior to scheduled game. A coin flip will determine Home Team in Pool Play. Higher Seeded Team will be Home in Bracket play. Bracket Seeds will be determined by points from Pool Play. 2 points for a win /1 point for a tie. Tie-breaker to be decided by #1 head to head #2 run differential #3 runs allowed #4 runs scored #5 coin flip if needed. Bracket play will begin immediately following Pool Play on Saturday. No withdrawl refunds will be processed within 30 days of the start date of the tournament or if the tournament bracket has been released whichever occurs first. Cancellation entry refunds requested 30 days prior to the start date of the tournament prior to the release of the tournament bracket will have a $100 fee withheld. All withdrawl requests for refund must be made in writing and postmarked prior to the 30 day deadline or the tournament bracket being released whichever occurs first without exception. |
