Entry Deadline is May 1st or when age group is full
• Entry Fee must accompany registration form
• Withdrawal prior to May 3rd—refund of reg. fee minus $50
• Withdrawal May 3rd or after no refund
• All Teams must be registered with USSSA
• Schedules and rules will be emailed by May 9th.
• All teams must have team’s roster entered on-line and
must submit a completed and signed roster at tournament
check in.
• Prepaid gate fee must be paid before the start of teams’
first game.
If weather interferes with the tournament. The Tournament
Director reserves the right to change the format. 50% of entry
fee will be refunded if fewer than 2 games are played due to
inclement weather.
