Players and Coaches participating in this event are REQUIRED to stay in the Mansfield University Residence Hall.
ONE WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT START :
1. The Coach is REQUIRED to fill out an online Rooming List and submit it AT LEAST one (1) week prior to the start of the event.
2. Coach should include all players and coaches names that are staying in the dormitory.
3. Parents and siblings are also welcome to stay in the dorms and should be included on the rooming list and have (P = parent or S = sibling) behind there name.
4. Be sure to indicate your arrival date.
5. Payment per person for dormitories is due upon arrival.
