At the ARSC facility metal cleats/spikes are not allowed anywhere in the complex and molded hard plastic cleates/spikes are not allowed on the synthetic pitching mounds.  Only soft rubber turf shoes or tennis shoes are allowed on pitching mounds.  No seeds with shells or gum are allowed on the field or in the dugout.   Also, no food or beverage is allowed into the complex with the exception of a small personal cooler with water in it.
