We will allow write-ins on the roster for this tournament because it is the last tournament of the 2018 season. August 1^st starts the 2019 season.

Come play in the Last Chance for Rings in Hobbs NM on July 28/29, 2018. The entry fee is $450.00 plus a gate fee of $100. The deadline is Monday 23rd at 8pm. It is a three-game guarantee with 2 pool games on Saturday and bracket games on Sunday. If we get more than 8 teams in a bracket we will split the bracket. The turf fields are the best in our two States. This is a Rings tournament. We will give USSSA Championship rings to First and Second teams. You must have your roster online and your birth certificates with the coach at all games. Each coach must bring his printed roster signed by him and turned in at check in. You must have your check or proof of payment by Tuesday the 24th. We do not cash any check until the tournament is over so you can pick up the mail in check and replace it with cash or another one. This should not be hard to do. Since this is the last tournament of the 2018 season I will allow write ins for this tournament. The player must play in his eligible age group. Also, the Rosters should only have first and last names that are on the Birth Certificates anything else and they can’t play until we correct it.
