$100.00 Gate Fee due at Team check-in. You must have your roster online and your birth certificates with the coach at all games. Each coach has to bring his printed roster signed by him and turned in at check in.  You must have your check or proof of payment by Tuesday before the tournament. We do not cash any check until the tournament is over so you can pick up the mail- in check and replace it with cash or another one. This should not be hard to do. There will NO write-ins on rosters and each player will have to be checked in before he plays. Players can be added before the first game but must be on a PRINTED roster. Also the Rosters should only have first and last names that are on the Birth Certificates anything else and they can’t play until we correct it. The AA and the Open will be combined if the director thinks it is necessary. If we get 8 or more teams we will split the bracket after pool games.
