| Registration is not complete until entry fees have been paid. Teams will be provisionally accepted but not officially entered until checks are in hand.
Tournament director reserves the right to modify reschedule or cancel games if inclement weather becomes a factor. All efforts will be exhausted to give each team as many games as possible.
Refund policy: No games played = 100% refund 1 game = 50% refund 2 games = 25% refund 3 or more games = no refund.
Once the schedule has been posted (the week prior to the tournament) no refunds will be given to any team that drops even if we are able to replace them in the schedule. |
