| Bracket play time limit will be 80 minutes to start another inning. International tie breaker in effect after 7 innings or expiration of time limit in all games (excluding Championship). Mercy Rule: 12 after 3 innings/ 10 after 4 innings/ 8 after 5 innings. Please have your team ready to play 30 minutes prior to scheduled game. A coin toss will have option of Home or Visitor in Bracket Play.. Bracket Seeds will be determined by record from Pool Play. Bracket seeding to be decided as follows: #1 Win Percentage #2 Record versus teams tied with #3 Average runs allowed #4 Average runs scored #5 Average run differential with a +/- 8 runs maximum per game #6 USSSA Points earned prior to tournament #7 Coin flip if needed. Bracket play will begin immediately following Pool Play. |
| All teams must have their roster online 72 hours prior to the start of the tournament. Please sign in online and confirm your profile has the proper text information shown as weather updates schedule changes and tournament results will be done online and notices sent by text as well during the tournament. While you are signed online to USSSA please review your roster for any last minute adds/drops or player name corrections you may need to do to your roster for this weekend's tournament. Bracket play will begin immediately following Pool Play on Saturday. No withdraw refunds will be processed within 30 days of the start date of the tournament or if the tournament bracket has been released whichever occurs first. Cancellation entry refunds requested 30 days prior to the start date of the tournament and prior to the release of the tournament bracket will have a $100 fee withheld. All withdraw requests for refund must be made in writing and postmarked prior to the 30 day deadline or the tournament bracket being released whichever occurs first without exception. |
