USSSA Wisconsin will have State tournaments for ages 8U – 14U.  The age groups may be split up into as many classes as Registrations allow. If need be classifications from one age group may be combined.  Teams that play in the State Tournament will have the opportunity to continue on to a World Series.  Teams will be seeded in the State Tournament based on USSSA Points with the overall number 1 seed being the team with the MOST USSSA Points!  The more points a team accumulates over the course of the season the higher seeded and therefore easier schedule that team will likely face in State Championship and World Series play. 

Teams MUST have a valid 2016 USSSA sanction number in order to participate in a USSSA event. You can register your team on-line at www.usssa.com in order to receive a USSSA sanction number. Your State Director has final approval of your classification.  Teams that have played 0 Qualifying Games leading into the State Championships should register for the Open State Championships.

Your TEAM ROSTER MUST be entered on-line at www.usssa.com prior to the tournament start date in order to be eligible to play. Without your roster posted on-line teams will be prohibited from tournament play. Please make sure you list your players' names as they appear on their birth certificates. If your team withdraws from a tournament a $100.00 fee will be assessed. Teams must give withdrawal notification in writing not less than four weeks prior to the start of the tournament or the entire entry fee will be forfeited.

In the event of inclement weather refunds will be issued as follows:

0 games started: Refund of entry fee less a $50 administrative fee.
1 game started: Refund of 50% of entry fee less a $50 administrative fee.
2 games started: No refunds.
Cancellation of event: Credit for full amount less a $50 administrative fee.
