NOTE: An * next to a game number in the losers bracket denotes the loser of that game will play another game.
The team that loses game #4 could possibly lose their first 3 games and still remain in the tournament.
This is done to insure that the loser of game #3 will play a minimum of 3 games.
Bracket Games will be 80 minutes-FTI (finish the inning). ITB will be used in case of tie score after 80 minutes or 7 innings."If" game will be Ohio USSSA Shootout format. ITB format will be used to 2 innings. If game is still tied after 2 innings an additional runner will be added to 3rd base until we resolve the tie.



Parking charge of $6 per day or $10 for the weekend. For 3 day events there is a 3 day pass available for $15 for the weekend. Up to 2 coaches permitted free. RVBFY does also allow campers for $25 per day. Coaches passes will not cover the cost. Plenty of warm up space. Onsite concessions coolers permitted. NO GRILLES! This is a fire hazard. Fields are dragged and lined before first game of the day. There is touch up after each game if needed and a mid day recondition of the fields. There are 8 fields fenced at 200' 2 fenced at 175' 1 fenced at 275'. These are proportionate for youth softball/baseball and not adult fields converted into youth fields.

All teams must have their roster online 72 hours prior to the start of the tournament. Please sign in online and confirm your profile has the proper text information shown as weather updates-schedule changes- & tournament results will be done online and notices sent by text as well during the tournament. Teams will need to sign up online for ALL EVENTS. Teams are encouraged but not obligated to pay for events online. If there are cancellations or refund issues teams can be credited with those funds as quickly as 48 hours. Teams can also mail in a check by printing the online confirmation and sending to the Ohio USSSA State Office - PO Box 1213 - Westerville OH. 43086. Please make checks payable to Ohio USSSA FP.
