Tournament Rules and Information

1. USSSA rules will apply. All teams must be insured and USSSA sanctioned. Copies of birth certificates must be available for inspection. Team managers or representatives are to check in at least thirty minutes prior to the start of their first game.

2. Pool games will be seven innings or 70 min (drop dead) Bracket Games will be 75 minute (finish the inning). Pool games can end in a tie. Bracket Play will be by seeded pool play results. Ties in bracket games will be decided by using the international tie breaker (after time limit or in eighth inning). "IF" Games will be determined by a 3 inning shootout.

3. Run rules are in affect: 12 runs after 3 innings 10 runs after 4 innings and 8 runs after 5 innings. Teams must be ready to play 15 minutes prior to game time.

4. Teams can bat their lineup in pool play and bat up to 11 in bracket play (9 plus 2 AP). Teams are allowed 12 players in their lineup but only 11 can bat. USSSA uses AP/Flex rules.

5. Umpires will allow pitchers five pitches or 1 minute between innings (whichever is less). Teams should hurry on and off the field to ensure pitcher/catcher warm-ups.

6. Home team will be official scorekeeper. Home team will be decided by coin toss except for the Championship game where the undefeated team will be the home team. Visiting team will manage scoreboard. Team must use the supplied .47 COR ball.

7. Protest fee is $100 and is refundable only if the protest is upheld by the Tournament Director. All protests must be made prior to the next pitch!

8. Tournament directors reserve the right to re-schedule games or delay start times of games if conditions warrant.

9. Gate Fees will be $6 per day per person or $10 for a weekend pass. All players and up to three coaches per team will be admitted free of charge. Children 12 and under are free. Send your coaches names to the Tournament Director prior to the tournament.

10. Team will play pool games to determine seeding. Seeding will be determined by the following: Winning Percentage – Descending Number Wins – Descending Number Loses – Ascending Tied Teams (vs. each other) Winning Pct - Descending (Not valid if all teams have not played each other) Avg Points Allowed – Ascending Avg Points Differential with a maximum of (8) – Descending Ranking Points – Descending Date Team Entered USSSA Database

11. REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued after October 24. In the event that a tournament is cancelled a full refund will be issued. In addition if teams do not receive the game guarantee due to weather you will be refunded per the number of games played.

12. Teams must send payment proof of insurance and a maximum of 3 coach’s names (for admission) to the below address no later than the registration deadline Oct 24th as annotated above. If payment is not received by registration deadline teams must pay online with credit card in order to guarantee a spot in tournament. An additional service fee is charged for all online payments.
