All other are just outs. The protecting the pitcher rule will be enforced. All softballs must have be DUDLEY THUNDER HY-CON and they can be purchased from the tournament director. ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED IN RICHARDSON PARKS. Coaches must check in with the tournament director when they arrive at the park.
