- For 2016 all tournament entries must be paid by the deadline for teams to remain entered and be scheduled.
- Tournament Deadline will be Wednesday night on the week before the tournament (10 days).
- Gate Fee can be paid any time prior to the event and will be accepted on-site at the tournament.
