| a. No pick-up players allowed for state no double rostered players
b. Rosters will be frozen at the beginning of the State Tournament. Players can NOT be on two rosters once rosters are frozen
c. A signed roster (by parents and manager) must be submitted at check in of an Oklahoma State USSSA championship event
d. State championship berths shall be awarded to all teams that participate in a minimum of two (2) USSSA sanctioned qualifying events. Sanctioned USSSA league play will count as one (1) event. If a team has played in one event and is signed up for a 2nd between State/WS that works. However if they do not play in the 2nd event they could lose their berth.
e. Only USSSA registered Oklahoma teams will be allowed to participate in the Oklahoma State tournament unless approved by the State director. A Border Wars State Tournament Event has been added that allows teams from bordering states.
f. Teams may participate in more than one (1) State event; however team may only receive State level points for the first event in which they participate.
g. World Series berths will be awarded to all teams that have met the requirements for and participated in a spring State tournament.
