| BRACKET PLAY 90min Game Times 1) Tournament is sanctioned by and will be governed by USSSA rules. 2) Coaches must check in from 1-2:30pm Monday 3) All teams must turn in a copy of the official USSSA roster signed by parents and proof of insurance. There are no exceptions. 4) All teams must have copies of birth certificates to produce upon request. 5) Five game guarantee weather permitting. 6) Tournament play seeds will be determined by all pool games. ISTS system will be used for schedule updates. 7) Any forfeited games shall be scored 7-0. 8) 75 time limit for pool games and bracket time limit will be 90min No time limit for Championship games and If’s. 9) A 12 run lead after 3 innings 10 run lead after 4 innings and 8 run lead after 5 innings. 10) We will use the International Tie Breaker rule after time limit has expired or after 7 innings have been completed. Last completed at bat starts on 2B. 11) No field warm up or batting practice on playing fields. No soft toss into the fences. 12) Teams must be ready to play 30min prior to scheduled time. 13) Tournament director reserves the right to alter the tournament format due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. 14) Coin flip determines home team throughout entire tournament. 15) Home team will be the official scorekeeper. Final scores should be verified with plate umpire upon games completion. 16) Umpires will verify and report all game scores. 17) EastSide Centre is a Zero Tolerance Facility. This includes players coaches and spectators. Violators will be escorted out of the facility. 18) Rain line 309-427-7784. 19) USSSA email and text notifications need to be set up on team page to receive updates throughout tournament.
