| All teams must have their roster online 72 hours prior to the start of the tournament. Please sign in online and confirm your profile has the proper text information shown as weather updates schedule changes and tournament results will be done online and notices sent by text as well during the tournament. While you are signed online to USSSA please review your roster for any last minute adds/drops or player name corrections you may need to do to your roster for this weekend's tournament. If you need to make changes to your roster please email me immediately to request your roster to be unlocked. If you make any additions or player name corrections to your roster please print it out and have the player(s) parent sign the new roster and attach it to your previous roster that your players parents have already signed. When you check in you must submit your roster with the players birth certificates (even for players who are not playing this weekend) to be compared to your roster. Remember that the players names must match exactly to the birth certificate so check for corrections. Please check in at least 30 mins before your first game to submit your paperwork and confirm your game times. After your first game you can return to pick up your teams birth certificates from check in. The format will be as follows and is subject to change if needed by the director: Pool play game lengths will be no new inning to start after 75 minutes. International tie breaker after 75 minutes in all games (excluding Championship). Mercy Rule: 10 after 3 innings/ 8 after 4 innings/ 6 after 5 innings. Please have your team ready to play 30 minutes prior to scheduled game. A coin flip winner will have option of Home or Visitor in Pool Play. Higher Seeded Team will have option of Home or Visitor in Bracket play. Bracket Seeds will be determined by record from Pool Play. Tie-breaker to be decided by #1 Overall record

Bracket play will begin immediately following Pool Play on Saturday. No withdraw refunds will be processed within 30 days of the start date of the tournament or if the tournament bracket has been released whichever occurs first. Cancellation entry refunds requested 30 days prior to the start date of the tournament and prior to the release of the tournament bracket will have a $100 fee withheld. All withdraw requests for refund must be made in writing and postmarked prior to the 30 day deadline or the tournament bracket being released whichever occurs first without exception. |
