The 3 rule equalizer rule will be used if an E team plays a D team. The protecting the pitcher rule will be used. Rowlett red stamped optic yellow softballs must be used. They can be purchased at the concession stand. No alcohol or pets are allowed in the complex area. Coaches must check in with the tournament director when they arrive at the park.
