| -Time Limits- During both the seeding round and playoff round no new inning may begin after 1 hour and 15 minutes inning will finish. The umpire will keep the official time. There is no time limit in the finals. -Game Play- During the seeding round teams will flip for home/away. During the playoff round the higher seed will have choice as to home or away. After the first inning there are no warm up balls on the field. Pitchers may throw a max of 3 warm-up pitches this will be enforced. Home team will have official book. Official lineup cards must be exchanged with first and last names and jersey number to both umpire and opponent. Lineups will be USSSA book rule. ex. 2 additional players. Lineup may have no more than 11 batters and a dp/flex player. -Mercy Rules- 12 runs after 3 innings 10 runs after 4 innings 8 runs after 5 innings.-Seeding- Teams will be seeded out by wins. -Tie Breakers- 1. Head to head. 2. Runs against. 3. Runs scored. 4. Coin flip. -Check In- Coaches must check in prior to their first game of the day. You will check in with with a staff member at your field. When you check in please have proof of insurance copy of your teams USSSA roster with players and parents signature copies of all of your players birth certificates. Tournament director reserves the right to modify the tournament schedule and/or rules if there are time constraints. **GAME #1 (CHIEFS VS JUNCTION) DOES NOT COUNT TOWARDS THE RECORD OF THE CHIEFS** STOTZKY PARK WARNING: It is illegal to park on the road along Pulaski Street next to the ballfields. There are numerous no parking signs and anyone who is found to be parked there will be ticketed. It creates a dangerous situation when people park their vehicles there.
