| -Format: Double Elimination -Date: August 17 2013 -Registration Deadline: Sunday August 11 2013 at 5:00 PM -Location Trinity Adult Softball Complex 200 South Wildwood Irving TX 75061. -Brackets: Posted Thursday August 15 2013 by 5:00p on www.usssa.com -Entry Fee: $250.00 paid by cash cashier's check or money order made payable to Adult Softball Association of Irving or ASAI. (No personal checks and no credit cards at the tournament site). -Game Balls: Only Adult Softball Association of Irving or ASAI optic yellow softballs will be allowed. Each team will receive (2) Men’s and (2) Women’s softballs at check-in. Additional balls may be purchased at ASAI snack bar at Softball Complex for $6.00 each. -Team roster must be online before 5pm on August 11 2013. No team will be entered if their roster is not online by the deadline. All online rosters will be reviewed and either approved or denied by the State Director.. Awards 1 - 3 Trophy and T shirt 1st berth to world paid ($350.00) each Class C/D/E.. When they come back to Texas and we can verify they played then (AND ONLY THEN) will TXN write them a $350 check for their entry fee ....
