| Brackets ready after 2p Thursday 8-26. Online bracket is a courtesy bracket only. It is still coach’s responsibility to contact host at 972 291 5130 after 2p on Thursday 8-26 to verify time. NO COACHES MEETING. Packets can be picked up at the coaches’ check-in table 1 hour in advance of your first game. Team entry form must be completed and turned into tournament director. Roster signed by all players is due prior to your FIRST game. Players MUST have pictured ID on THEIR PERSON or in dugout. Double elimination/no time limit/7 inning games. Run rule - 15 after 5. Award package has been adjusted due to size of tournament. Balls furnished by tournament host. NO protests on uniforms will be allowed. Player eligibility protests - $100. PETS ARE PROHIBITED IN COMPLEX. ONLY COACH/PLAYERS AS LISTED ON ROSTER ARE ALLOWED IN THE DUGOUT...NO CHILDREN/SPECTATORS.
