| Please call (972) 613-7729 to enter your team before 9 p.m. on Wednesday prior to the start of the tournament. Please leave your name team name and classification and a phone number you can be reached at if needed. Once you have left your information your team is considered to be ENTERED into the tournament. If you need to withdraw your team from the tourney it MUST be done BEFORE the 9 p.m. deadline on Wednesday night. If for any reason your team is entered into the tournament and does not show for its scheduled game(s) you and your team will be liable for the tournament entry fee. Both you and your team will be placed on the North Texas USSSA "Hot List" as a "no show" for this particular tournament. Both you and your team will not be allowed to participate in any USSSA-sanctioned event until this fee is paid. |
