| The City of Midland would like to invite your team to come play in our 8th Annual Lone Star Series Qualifier on May 7/8 2016. The entry fee is $225.00 for 3 game guarantee and you have to buy the balls from us at $6.00 each. The deadline will be extended until 7pm on Wednesday the 4th. We are offering divisions in Men’s C/D/E. We will not combine divisions if we can get at least 8 teams in each division. New this year the tournament has been designated as one of the new "Ring Qualifiers" meaning the First Place in team in each division will win an Automatic Berth to Lone Star Shootout "Battle for The Rings" later this summer. Lone Star Shootout Points will be awarded to ALL teams which can help land an At-Large Berth to the “Battle for The Rings” later this summer. Also the top 2 teams in the Men’s C/D/E brackets will receive paid berths to the Texas West State Tournament in August and a USSSA World Tournament if they go. The first and second place in each division will also receive a new bat; a new glove; and new USSSA t-shirts. Each Division will have an ALL Tournament team of 12 players and each player will receive a $25.00 gift card to Academy Sports. The hotel prices are way down in Midland so come see us.
